I walked away from a marriage with just $6,300 barely enough to rent a one-bedroom apartment for me and my kids just 7 years ago. So I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom and “start over again”. Newsflash, it wasn’t starting over it was just a setup for the next chapter of my life.

Until recently I had never counted them until I heard my friend TJ say he’s had 28 careers! As I began to look back I realized I’ve had 13 starting with being an Emergency Medical Technician straight out of high school to hosting a radio talk show with over 120 episodes. I also was an associate producer in QUIET EXPLOSIONS- HEALING THE BRAIN DOCUMENTARY featuring Dr. DANIEL AMEN of the Amen Clinics. We have won over 12 film awards and were Oscar qualified in December of 2021.

I’m still amazed how I was able to “drink out of the firehouse of inspiration”, and type fast enough to capture everything I heard, saw, and felt the evening of the Intuition Manifesto download. I experienced the recession of the ’90s and the mortgage meltdown of 2010. Riding the inevitable waves of ups and downs that are inherent to the economy and business as well as raising my family of three children with my then-husband. During that time I lost my first baby, had three premature babies, was hospitalized 17 times with my second child, and almost lost my oldest son to Guillian Barre’ when he was 11 years old. He went from playing water polo and skiing black diamond runs to escape the claws of death and after eleven weeks in PICU (the pediatric intensive care unit) came home in a wheelchair paralyzed. This was my initiation into neurology. It wouldn’t be the last time our family was brushed with a neurological encounter. Little did I know then, that I would become a Neurosomatic Practitioner.

For 40 years I struggled with intimacy issues, feelings of unworthiness, impostor syndrome, and the impact of untreated childhood trauma. EVERYBODY has untreated childhood trauma until you don’t anymore. Once you become aware of it, you can clean it up. I’ve studied health, medicine, and the alternative healing arts since I was eleven years old. Always been intrigued by science, chemistry, and the healing art forms. From the age of eleven to twenty years old, I genuinely believed I was going to be a physician. Until my junior year at USC when my intuition screamed so loudly I couldn't ignore it. And that was my first zig to my zag. The first of many to follow. Yet in the recesses of society, women’s groups, retreats, one on one, I practiced the healing arts and always continued my independent study. It was something that never left me.

In 2017 I was hit by an Orange County Transit Authority bus while riding my bike just three blocks shy of finishing a 16-mile bike ride. I suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI), neck C5, C6 back L5, leg injury laceration right on my femur bone which a year later still hadn’t healed properly and left an ugly scar. I suffered short-term memory loss, vision challenges, foggy brain, fatigue, insomnia, tinnitus, skin issues, etc. I dropped 8 lbs when I didn't have them to lose and 2 years later I was in terrible shape. Ironically and very serendipitously, I worked on the documentary Quiet Explosions with Emmy Award-winning producer and director Jerri Sher while still recovering from my injuries. Now that’s serendipity, and a sign wouldn’t you agree?

As TBIs go, I wasn’t even aware of my short-term memory loss for the first two years! That’s a story in and of itself. Through it all, I knew I could heal completely. How long would it take? I had no idea, and it didn’t matter because I decided healing completely was the only option. I wasn’t willing to stay in that state accepting the injuries I had as being “permanent.” Luckily my long-term memory was intact and I knew how the mechanoreceptive aspect of the brain works to integrate all eight neurosomatic systems of the body. That was the first key to healing. All though I must say the fact that I was already a meditator and healer also helped. But as the adage goes, God helps those who help themselves. I discovered that was tied to my free will, my conscious awareness, and my right mind. And so it was that everything that I needed was provided in good measure, and that is my message TO YOU. Everything that you need is already provided. It’s not an accident that you are here right now reading this. You asked and here you are receiving answers to what you are seeking. Some of the ways are being lit up for you here. The question is, are you willing to take the next step?

I had a bad breakup (is there any other kind) with my boyfriend of two years at the beginning of 2019? Little did I know my life was about to take a quantum leap and turn into the year of magic and healing. RESULTING in my traveling to over 10 countries and realizing my dream of living in Italy for half a year. Just in time to return to California to move and experience our global pandemic!

People from all over the world, from babies with epilepsy to the elderly with blood clots that haven’t responded to blood thinners, to someone with a bullet still in her head, to others with brain tumors, an inoperable calcified parasite in a man’s head that caused him seizures, women with breast tumors that shrank so no mastectomy, chemo, or radiation was necessary after our session. The list is long and quite frankly I don’t have time to go back and count each one, although each person I feel was a divine appointment. These are the treasures that I carry in my heart. After my three kids, I feel my life was given to me so my soul would grow to help people like you. Sharing my experiences, training, and truths as I see them, never assuming it’s the only truth.
